Bespoke Metal Art in Droxford
A recent garden project from our Chichester workshop showcases a collection of bespoke metalwork designed to give a contemporary and tactile feel to a patio setting. Central to the design is a corten globe water feature whose weathered patina and gentle water flow create a calming focal point. Complementing the globe are two geometric obelisks, their clean lines adding vertical structure and drawing the eye upwards, and a banded sphere that provides a contrasting form and texture within the planting scheme.
We also fabricated a tailored metal screen and woven corten fencing panels to section the raised beds on the patio, providing both privacy and a sculptural edge to the planting areas. The woven corten adds warmth and organic movement as it weathers, while the screen lends a contemporary backdrop that highlights the plants and garden lighting. Every piece was cut, formed and finished in our Chichester workshop to ensure cohesive detailing and material consistency across the project.
From initial concept to final installation, we worked closely with the clients to bring their vision to life, refining proportions and finishes to suit the patio scale and planting palette. Our team managed the full installation on site, setting the water feature and securing the obelisks and fencing to integrate seamlessly with the raised beds. The result is a durable, low-maintenance arrangement of bespoke metalwork that enhances the garden’s atmosphere and will age beautifully over time.
